I started my career as a trainee in the carpet industry where I was supposed to show carpets to potential buyers in a showroom. Being a first point of contact with the customer I learnt to understand the psyche of a customer. This is where I learnt the essence of Sales & marketing.

After elevating myself from a front line sales resource in the hotel industry I honed my skills to become a head of Sales & marketing in a hotel. After reaching to a head of the department level, I could have remained there for the rest of my career since I had no hotel management degree to help me elevate further into operations of a hotel.

God has been kind to give me an opportunity to grow and become an operations leader in a hotel. The love and affection showered to me by my peers, seniors in the industry and my current and previous team members inspire me to do well and achieve more. My aim is to become a well known personality in the hotel industry and to be well known as an individual with passion and positive energy.
